Details:Payment via PayPal, 50% upfrontFull refund if no progress for 2 months (unless I can guarantee the comm will be finished)Default canvas size is less than 2000^2, ask if you prefer a bigger canvasFinished piece will be emailed in PNG or JPG format. Scrapped versions can be emailed too, if the client wishes so2 major changes can be made during thumbnail sketch phase,

TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS)

This contract applies to I, the Artist and to you, the Customer, purchasing a Drawing from me. By ordering a Drawing from me, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:Payments:
- The payment is made via Paypal only.
- Customer agrees to pay half of the amount upfront (I'll send an invoice), then to pay the other half when the sketch is done and has been approved by the Customer.
- Customer accepts that work on the Drawing will not commence until the first payment has been received by Artist according to the above schedule. If the Customer takes more than a week to provide the first payment, the commission will be cancelled.°Drawing Delivery:
- Customer agrees that the Drawing will be delivered digitally to the email address provided by the Customer, after I've received the final payment.
- I won't deliver any physical copy of the Drawing, but the Customer has the right to print it, for personal use only unless the commission has been registered as a commercial commission.
- I can't be held accountable for Customer's loss of access to the delivery method, loss of delivered files, impediments such as spam filters or any other technical obstacles outside of my responsability.
- I can not guarantee that the original copy of the Drawing will still be available in the case that the Customer lost their files. If it is available though, I will send it to you again.Revisions:
- Customer has the right to 2 complete revisions during the early sketching phase (0 to 1 hours worked on the Drawing). This means changing the pose, the clothes, or the general feel of the Drawing. The Customer can also ask for 2 major color changes during the coloring phase.
- Customer has right to ask for small changes before the lineart/paint process.
- Please bear in mind that any change after the lineart/painting has started greatly affects the final quality of the drawing, thus I don't accept revisions after beginning these phases.Refund Policy:
- Customer has right to request a full refund if there's been no progress for two consecutive months, or when the Drawing has not been completed within four months.
- Make sure to respond swiftly to any requests for comments, clarifications, opinions, validation of progress, etc. The lack of communication on behalf of the Customer will be recognized as approval of all work progress and I will continue drawing what has been approved.Personal Use:
- The Drawing received by the Customer is for personal use if the commercial option hasn't been purchased. Any use of the Drawing for commercial purposes, reselling it, or publishing for reasons other than personal and non profit purposes is prohibited. The Customer or another artist is allowed to redraw on the Drawing, but the watermark has to remain visible, the Customer still has to give me credits when posting the Drawing on social media, and the Drawing still can't be used for commercial purposes.
- Customer does not hold the right to use the Drawing in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, etc.Credits:
- When sharing the Drawing, the Customer has to give me credits for it: the minimum is my social media name and a link to my Twitter/Instagram account.
- I reserve the right to share the Drawing online whenever I want to. I don't accept commissions which need to be kept a secret, unless it is for less than two weeks. I will make sure to put the Customer's name on the post, unless I have been asked not to.Cancellations from the Artist:
- I reserve the right to refuse any commission that doesn't match with what I'm able to draw, as I do not wish to deliver poor quality work.
- I won't draw: NSFW, non-humanoid characters, real people, animals (unless it is not the main focus of the Drawing).
- Please note that I'm best at drawing human adults (approx. 16 to 60 y-o), male and female, with any build.
- I will refuse any commission that is disrespectful, harmful and/or illegal.
- Rude manners will result in an outright cancellation of the order. Customer will receive partial refund depending on amount of work completed. Customer will be blacklisted on a potentially public site. I will refuse any service to the Customer in the future.°Please understand that I will certainly have a tight schedule for commissions, and that I aim to satisfy as many people as possible.
